UNBOUND — A Neo-Kashubian Fashion Story

UNBOUND is a contemporary fashion narrative that reimagines Kashubian cultural heritage through the artistic sensibility of Poland's Young Poland movement and the possibilities of generative AI. At its heart lies a story of three characters confronting love, obligation and the expectations imposed upon them. Rather than unfolding through literal storytelling, their conflict emerges through fashion, body language, movement and visual composition. The series deliberately contrasts photorealistic human features and tactile fabrics with atmospheric, almost painterly environments, blurring the boundaries between photography, memory and art. UNBOUND treats cultural heritage not as something to be preserved unchanged, but as a living visual language — one that can be questioned, transformed and carried into the future.
